Dana’s background includes a decade in real estate brokerage as First Vice President of Marcus & Millichap where he was responsible for brokering over $1B, founding a real estate company focused on investment real estate valued at over $40M, and five years as a development associate with Campus Apartments. With extensive experience in leading renovation, value-add and new construction projects, Dana has a proven track record of accomplishment in the real estate industry.
Our Director of Preconstruction, is a highly accomplished leader with a remarkable track record in the construction industry. As a former member/ chairman of the Whitpain Township Planning Commission and with over 40 years of construction and development experience grounded with
a background as a civil engineer all complemented by an MBA, George possesses a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen. In his role, George skillfully manages the design review, project budgets, and value engineering services, ensuring each project is meticulously planned for success. His proficiency in estimating and cost control, spanning from conceptual estimates to GMP estimates, has been instrumental in optimizing project costs and enhancing overall efficiency.
